Again we do not need to do much in this file at all.
ListenPort can be set to anything you like but i recommend something like 7778. In general i take the server portnumber and add 1 to it.
So if you made your server run on port 5555 i would make the Web port 5556.
Make sure that bEnabled is set to "true".
This is all we have to do in UTWeb.ini! Well that was easy was it not?
